Medium: Fits collars up to 5/8" width.  Cavapoo, Pomapoo, and similar body and breeds.

Large: Fits collars up to 1" width. Greyhounds, Brittany Spaniel and similar body and breeds.

X-Large: Fits collars up to 2" width German Shepard, Labradoodle, and similar body and breeds
