PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing time is 2-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays.) These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the U.S. is 3-6 days. All orders are shipped with US Postal Service or UPS. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by the following: inclement weather, or air/ground transportation strikes/delays.

Unfortunately, packages can get lost, have delays and just not show up. At checkout shipping protection by Route.com is already added to your order.  Route.com Insurance will take care of sending you a new order or getting a refund to you. If you opt out of this coverage, Halo Dog Accessories will NOT REFUND you for any lost, stolen, late or damaged shipments. You pay a tiny amount to be 100% covered.

At this time we only ship in the continental United States.

Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. If you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase please contact us. You may also login to your account to view order updates.
